We at Rimix by Rico ("we", "us", our"), pride ourselves on making sure that we put customer satisfaction at the top our priority list. As such, we would like to clearly outline a few of our FAQ, notices, and brief policies around the purchase of any of our products. Please note that the list below is not an exhaustive list and is subject to updates and changes.

- Due to Covid-19 and civil unrest, we are experiencing delays in shipping. Shipping will occur in 4-5 business days from order date. We make our best efforts to ship next day but have to make adjust dependent on the factors stated above. 95% of our orders ship next day or same day if received before noon. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday are shipped the following week.
- We have noticed drastic delays in shipping with USPS. We have been told by USPS that shipping transit from ship date to receipt can take up to a month. Furthermore, Rimix by Rico is unable to foresee or control USPS shipping delays. We apologize for this inconvenience; however, we looked at other shipping options (FedEx and UPS) and the pricing was a drastic increase from USPS.
- Any packages returned to Rimix by Rico due to failure to deliver by the postal service, will require you to contact us.
