We at Rimix by Rico ("we", "us", our"), pride ourselves on making sure that we put customer satisfaction at the top our priority list. As such, we would like to clearly outline a few of our FAQ, notices, and brief policies around the purchase of any of our products. - Any purchases made after noon Monday - Friday will not be shipped until the following business day.
- Any packages returned to Rimix by Rico due to failure to deliver by the postal service, will require you to contact us.
